Successful wealth management requires clear communication and accountability from both Jennings Group and from clients. The following is the step-by-step process we use to ensure this success.
Our first consult is roughly 30 minutes in length, and held wherever most comfortable for you. We ask questions that help us understand what you’re looking for, and how we can support your goals with our planning efforts and financial expertise. We encourage you to ask your own questions too. During this time we get to know each other, and determine whether we are a fit to build a long term business relationship. If so, we set up a time for Personal Financial Plan (PFP) 1.
PFP 1 is 1 to 2 hours in length. We use this time to talk about your current financial situation, and discuss your goals and concerns in detail. Based on these discussions, we determine what supporting financial data and documents to gather. At this time we have a thorough discussion about fees, review the standard client relationship agreement and begin work on your individual investment philosophy statement.
PFP 2 is 1 to 2 hours in length. During this meeting we present you with an extremely accurate snapshot of your financial situation based on the analyzed data. We then review our recommendations to achieve your goals, and quiet your concerns. We’ll discuss any red flags and prioritize next steps. You will leave PFP 2 with a comprehensive and customized financial plan.
PFP 3 is 1 hour in length. We use this time to address any remaining questions and additional thoughts you have about your customized financial plan. Once you are satisfied with all of its aspects, we complete any outstanding paperwork.
Once PFP 3 is done, we recommend meeting, at minimum, twice a year, but encourage quarterly touch points depending on what the plan requires. We are, however, always available for you whenever you need us. Once a client, Jennings Wealth will always be there with you to help navigate life’s financial challenges and opportunities together.
